Once your booking has been received, we will contact you to confirm your booking and arrangement course payment.
Some important information before you pay
We need a minimum amount of delegates for each course to run – we can’t always guarantee this and occasionally courses need to be rescheduled. If this is the case, you will be given at least seven days’ notice prior to the start date and offered an alternative course date or a full refund. Please note, if you cancel your place after you have made payment, a £25 course materials fee will be deducted from your refund.
We can accept BACS, invoice, or credit card payments. Once we have received payment, you will receive confirmation of your place on the course and further information will follow.
