Feedback from our MHFA One-Day Champions Course

The course was very informative and engaging… I feel much more equipped to talk about and support mental health in my workplace

I think it is vital that as many people as possible attend this course, not only for the workplace but also for life outside of work.

Al was engaging, patient and explained everything clearly. Thank you MHFA and Al, I have learnt a lot – and now to put it into practice…
