We deliver our Mental Health First Aid Courses in small groups either in-person at your workplace, or online if that suits your business needs more. Or delegates can join our open courses which are available to individuals from multiple organisations rather than one organisation. Our courses are suitable for the entire workforce:
- MH Aware (half day): Ideal for staff at every level
- MHFA Champions (one day): anyone with people management responsibilities
- Mental Health First Aid (two days): staff at every level
- MHFA Refresher (half day): anyone who has completed the two-day MHFA Course

MHFA costs: How much do Mental Health First Aid Courses cost?
MHFA costs range from £125 per person for the MH Aware Course to £325 per person for the Two-Day Mental Health First Aid Course.

All of our Mental Health First Aid courses can be booked individually or as a group. We can deliver all of our Mental Health First Aid courses either online or face-to-face. Our open courses are bookable by individuals or organisations and they are made up of delegates from different organisations up to a maximum of 16. However, if you would prefer, you can book a group of 8 or more on to a private training session which will only include delegates from your organisation. These also have a maximum capacity of 16 people.
