Our founder and lead MHFA trainer, Al Chester, is an accredited Mental Health First Aid England Instructor, having completed his MHFA Instructor training in 2018. Previous to becoming a Mental Health First Aid England Instructor, Al worked both nationally and internationally supporting wellbeing and mental health across a diverse range of businesses. He now specialises in delivering Mental Health First Aid Courses and Training and Suicide First Aid Training to individuals and businesses both online and face-to-face, supporting individuals, communities and employees with their mental health and wellbeing.
