What are Mental Health First Aid Courses?

Mental Health First Aid Courses (MHFA) are courses that teach people to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or issue. They are designed to raise awareness, build a resilient culture and improve mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

How can MHFA courses help my organisation?

MHFA Courses can help:

  • Strengthen your team’s resilience
  • Improve communication

  • Nuture, safeguard and promote positive mental health
  • Foster a non-judgemental appraoch to mental health
  • Recognise if someone might be struggling with their mental health

Why MHFA matters
