Workplace wellness information and stress-management skills for building a mentally healthy workplace

The link between mental ill-health, alcohol and other substances


During the course, MHFA Champions will learn:

An understanding of common mental health issues

Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness

Ability to spot signs of mental ill-health

Why Become an MHFA Mental Health Champion?


A Mental Health Champions Course equips learners with the skills and confidence to start conversations and raise awareness around mental health in the workplace. Mental Health Champions can lead and educate their colleagues and co-workers around Mental Health in the workplace, enabling positive discussions and an open culture around mental health at work. Mental Health. Champions don’t need any prior experience of working with mental health, or any lived experience of mental health issues, just a willingness to raise awareness and a desire to support positive mental health in the workplace.
